These terms apply to your use of this website, clinkgames.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
These terms cover the website only. If your venue signs up to Clink, our venue terms of service apply to that, and you can read them at app.clinkgames.com/terms. Each promotion a venue runs on Clink also has its own terms, linked from the game.

Clink Games is a trading name of Hiyield Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 11362053). Our registered office is at 13a Kenwyn Street, Truro, Cornwall, TR1 3DJ. You can contact us at hello@clinkgames.com.
The information on this site
The site describes Clink and what it does. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but it’s for general information only and isn’t an offer to supply anything.
- Prices are shown excluding VAT and may change. The price you pay is the one in your agreement with us when you sign up.
- Games and features may change as we develop Clink, and some may not be available yet. Seasonal games run at the times of year we say.
- Venues, screens, figures and examples on the site, including the venue names, prizes, jokes and dashboard numbers, are fictional and for illustration only. They don’t represent real venues or promise particular results.
Registering interest
When you register interest through the form, you agree to give accurate details. Registering doesn’t commit you, or us, to anything. Our privacy notice explains how we use the details you send.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, the servers it runs on or any connected system
- introduce viruses or other harmful material, or attack the site in any way
- send false, misleading or automated submissions through the form
- copy or scrape the site’s content in bulk, or use it to build a competing product
We may suspend or withdraw all or part of the site at any time, for example for maintenance. We don’t promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
Our content and brand
Hiyield Ltd owns, or is licensed to use, the content of this site, including its text, designs, illustrations and the Clink Games name and logo. You may view and print pages for your own reference, for example to share with colleagues while you consider Clink. You may not use our content or brand for any other purpose without our written permission.
Other trade marks mentioned on the site belong to their owners. Mentioning them doesn’t mean those owners are connected with us or endorse us.
Links to other sites
Where the site links to other websites, we provide the link for information only. We aren’t responsible for the content of those sites.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can’t be limited or excluded by law.

Governing law
